We’ve been able to completely clear our backlog, and our DNFB is cleaner than ever. And, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention that the responsiveness of the OnPoint team is THE BEST I’ve ever experienced. No matter the issue, no matter the time of day, they’re right there to help problem solve and make it right.
I’m going to miss working with the OnPoint team when this engagement is over, but I know that they will be there for my team when needs arise. Honesty, trust, and exceptional customer service have made me an OnPoint fan for life. Thank you for getting my team back to their happy place!
