Brian Lasch
Co-Founder
Brian is a Co-Founder of OnPoint Healthcare Solutions. He oversees recruitment, strategic planning and execution, and operations for the organization.
Brian brings over 15 years of healthcare experience to OnPoint. Prior to founding OnPoint, he had held leadership, management, and recruitment positions within two of the largest healthcare staffing companies in the United States.
Brian graduated from Emory University with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Environmental Science. Originally from Connecticut he now resides in San Diego, CA with his wife and two children.
Nathaniel Haros
Co-Founder
Nathaniel is a Co-Founder of OnPoint Healthcare Solutions. He is responsible for business development, client relationships, marketing, and the overall strategic vision of the organization.
Nathaniel has over 15 years of experience in business development within the Healthcare Industry and prior to this role held a leadership role with one of largest staffing organizations in the United States. He was responsible for partnering with several prominent healthcare systems for the delivery of highly skilled professionals in revenue cycle, health information management, and clinical documentation improvement.
He graduated with a degree in Sociology from the University of California at Santa Cruz and currently resides in San Diego, CA with his wife and three children.
